Our concept proposal for the total transformation of a dated chalet bungalow into a striking, contemporary four bedroomed home has been approved by the local planning authority stating they "…welcome the contemporary design…".
The proposal includes the replacement of the existing roof in it's entirety, carefully designed to increase the usable space at first floor to provide an extra bedroom with dressing room and ensuite. It also includes a single storey rear extension and the full replan of the internal layout to better suit modern family living.
Using modern materials the new zinc roofing and white rendered front aspect with large areas of glazing, will really bring the house into the 21st century.
With plenty of added curb appeal, a welcoming entrance and redesign of the internal living space this family will be able to enjoy life in a bright and vibrant home, taking it far from an 'ugly' house to a lovely home.
