OLIVER MURRAY
ARCHITECT
BArch(Hons), MArch PG Dip, RIBA
Oliver qualified as a Chartered Architect in 2016, after completing his Postgraduate Diploma (RIBA Part 3) with merit at Cardiff University.
Between his university studies, Oliver has worked at Tait Architects since its inception in 2010, after previously working for a construction management company in a coordination role. This experience afforded Oliver an invaluable insight into the construction industry and the operation of a live building site.
In addition to working on a number of contemporary residential projects, Oliver has also had a significant role on a number of projects for a Christian charity, Amana Trust, including the redevelopment project of Bower House and the Woodland Camp redevelopment, both of which recently obtained planning permission.
During his university studies, Oliver researched how suburban areas could accommodate a higher density of housing to reduce the country’s housing shortage. He continues to take an interest in various research projects now that he is working full time.
Oliver is currently the project architect for 35 Skylark Way, where a contemporary rear extension is currently under construction.
